💡 Course Overview
Movement Mastery is a dynamic sports performance program for young athletes in grades 5–9 who are ready to level up their athleticism. Built around the Foundational 5 framework, the course teaches key principles of speed, coordination, and injury resilience—critical for success in any sport.
Whether your athlete plays soccer, football, basketball, baseball, or runs track, this course equips them with the tools to move better, perform faster, and compete stronger.

Our program is structured around five key movement categories, each with five foundational principles:
The Foundational 5 Categories:
- ✅ Athletic Posture – Build balance, control, and force transfer
- ✅ Acceleration – Learn explosive first steps and sprint mechanics
- ✅ Deceleration – Master controlled stops and injury prevention
- ✅ Change of Direction – Improve lateral quickness and reaction time
- ✅ Jumping & Landing – Develop power with safe, efficient landings
